Sameera Peraramelli

Sameera Peraramelli, PhD, is the Director of Translational Medicine at Avirmax, Inc., where they lead the bioanalysis division for pre-IND and IND enabling studies. They bring over two years of experience managing research scientists and research assistants, along with approximately 1.5 years as a hiring manager. Sameera completed a Doctor of Philosophy in Biochemistry at Maastricht University and has served as a Postdoctoral Research Fellow at Stanford University School of Medicine. Prior to their current role, they worked as a Scientist at Avirmax from 2020 to 2023 and were involved in impactful research during their Master’s studies at the Indian Institute of Science.
