Richard Murray

Richard Murray is the Chief Medical Officer at Avisa Diagnostics. He has more than 25 years of industry experience. Richard also served as an Executive at Merck & Co. for many years in commercial, medical and scientific areas, most recently as Vice President and Deputy Chief Patient Officer. Previously, Richard was a practicing physician in pulmonary medicine and an asthma researcher at the Hospital of the University of Pennsylvania. He also has a management experience in all areas of Medical Affairs, including outcomes research, medical information, academic and professional affairs, field-based medical physicians, and investigator-initiated trials globally.
