Michael M. has over 20 years of work experience in various roles related to strategy, business transformation, agile coaching, and project management. Michael currently serves as the Director of Strategy & Business Transformation at Aviso Wealth. Prior to this, they worked as a Sr Agile Coach at Deloitte Consulting and Ontario Teachers' Pension Plan. Michael also held roles as an Agile Coach at BMO Financial Group, Senior Agile Delivery Manager at TEKsystems, and Agile Program Manager and Solution Analysis Consultant at Autodata Solutions. Additionally, Michael has experience as a Continuous Improvement Specialist at Viasystems, an Independent IT Consultant/Contractor, a Project Manager at Warren Shepell Group of Companies, and a Technical Specialist at IBM.

Michael M. began their education in 1999 at RCC Institute of Technology, where they pursued a Diploma in Computer Network Engineering / Electronics Eng. Michael completed this program in 2002.
