Aditya Devireddy is currently the Vice President - Product| Professional Services | Customer Success at Aviso AI. Prior to this, they were with Genpact for almost 3 years, where they were recognized with the Genpact Highest Honour – Diamond Award – for exemplary performance in driving the CRM implementation. Aditya was also the business owner for CRM (Salesforce) Implementation in Genpact and digitising sales functions including integration of sales process with acquired entities. In addition, they were the business lead for implementing Artificial Intelligence in Sales process through SFDC and spearheaded the transition to Salesforce lightning from Classic. Some of the implemented ones include SFDC automation rules to drive pipeline Hygiene, Salesforce Einstein(In Pilot Phase), Chatbot(In Pilot Phase). Aditya's KPIs include Maximising the Return on investment for SFDC by increasing the adoption, maintaining the pipeline hygiene, improving the User experience, making SFDC more intelligent, facilitating the sales strategy and studying the existing sales ecosystem and identifying the potential stakeholders to move onto SFDC.

Aditya Devireddy has a PGDM in Marketing from K J Somaiya Institute of Management Studies and Research, and a B.Tech in Computer Science Engineering from GokarajuRangaraju Institute Of Engineering And Technology. Aditya also has certifications from Genpact in Green Belt Certification, and Salesforce in Salesforce Certified Administrator (SCA) and Salesforce Certified Sales Cloud Consultant.
