They previously held roles at Cushman & Wakefield, McWilliams & Steele, and Eakin & Smith, and currently serve as a Founding Partner at Division Street Development, specializing in commercial real estate investment. Billy has also been a member of the CoStar Advisory Board and is a proud member of CCIM. They earned their education from Belmont University and Montgomery Bell Academy.
