David Evans is a seasoned real estate professional with over three decades of experience in the industry. Currently serving as Vice President at Avison Young since June 2021, David has an extensive background in both residential and commercial developments in Metro Atlanta, being fully licensed since 1988. Previous roles include Associate Broker at The Simpson Company from April 2007 to June 2021 and Owner of Everwood Land and Timber, LLC between May 2006 and April 2007. David also held the position of Vice President of Procurement at S&T Timber, Inc. from March 1979 to April 2006. Holding an Associate of Science degree in Forestry from Abraham Baldwin Agricultural College, David has been involved in all aspects of real estate development, from land acquisition to strategic planning.
