Derek Cuschieri

Derek Cuschieri is a seasoned professional in the real estate and construction industries, currently serving as Senior Vice President at Avison Young since December 2018, with prior roles as Vice President, Senior Associate, and Associate within the company. Cuschieri also contributed to community efforts as Treasurer of the Board of Directors for Rebuilding Together Silicon Valley from October 2018 to September 2021. Before Avison Young, Cuschieri was an Associate Broker at Transwestern and held a Superintendent position at Built with Principle, Inc., where responsibilities included project coordination, management, and client relations. Cuschieri began his career as a Drafter and BIM Coordinator at Cuschieri Horton Architects, following education at West Valley College and Los Gatos High School.
