Eamonn Murphy

Eamonn Murphy is a Principal in Tenant Advisory & Enterprise Solutions at Avison Young, where they focus on growing service-line coverage across the Greater Toronto Area and Canada with an emphasis on Tenant Representation and Enterprise Solutions. With over 30 years of experience in real estate, Eamonn has brokered more than 15 million square feet across office, industrial, and retail portfolios. Before joining Avison Young in 2019, Eamonn served as Executive Vice President at Jones Lang LaSalle from 2004 to 2019 and held the position of Vice President at Cushman & Wakefield from 1985 to 2004. Eamonn is currently pursuing a Bachelor’s Degree at Western University.
