Gregory Brown

Gregory Brown currently serves as General Manager at Avison Young since September 2021, overseeing operations and daily functions at Outlets Park City, managing capital improvement projects, supervising staff, and handling lease negotiations. Prior to this, Gregory held the position of Operations Manager at ModSpace from September 2013 to July 2020, where a key achievement included improving customer service ratings by 20%. Earlier in the career, Gregory worked at Cintas as both Service Manager and Plant Manager, managing large teams and facilities to ensure efficient service delivery and resolution of customer issues. Gregory holds two MBA degrees in Operations and Marketing from the University of Georgia and a Bachelor’s degree in Communications from Brigham Young University.
