Jay Johnson

Jay Johnson is currently the Principal and Executive Managing Director of Avison Young Healthcare Services, where they lead the development and delivery of real estate services tailored to the healthcare industry. Previously, Jay served as National Director of Healthcare Markets at JLL and as Managing Director of National Healthcare Services at Transwestern, where they were responsible for strategic planning and financial performance in healthcare real estate. Jay's earlier experience includes a role as Senior Manager in Real Estate Advisory Services at Ernst & Young, and they began their career as a Combat Engineer Officer in the US Army. They hold a degree from the Georgia Institute of Technology.
