Jay Travis

Jay Travis is currently the Vice President of Brokerage at Avison Young, a position they have held since 2024. Prior to this, Jay served as an Associate and later as the Director of Brokerage at Newmark Zimmer from 2020 to 2022. They were also a Senior Transaction Coordinator at Cushman & Wakefield from 2018 to 2020, where they managed store relocations and developed a nationwide network of brokers. Jay began their career with a Sales Internship at Paycom in 2017 and was active in Beta Theta Pi as the Rush Chairman from 2015 to 2017. They hold a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration with a focus on Finance and Real Estate from the University of Missouri-Columbia, which they completed in 2018.
