Kevin Helland

Kevin Helland is a seasoned real estate professional with extensive experience in commercial real estate, currently serving as Senior Vice President - Associate Broker at Avison Young since March 2009. Kevin specializes in healthcare real estate services, office and industrial properties, tenant and buyer representation, landlord representation, land acquisition, cash flow modeling, and lease negotiation. Prior to Avison Young, Kevin held the position of Designated Broker - President at Coldwell Banker Commercial, where responsibility included building and managing a sales team and executing fee-development services. Additional experience includes serving as Vice President of Leasing/Sales at Don Bennett & Associates, Inc., and as Senior Advisor at Ernst & Young, focusing on asset valuation and feasibility studies. Kevin holds an MBA in Finance/Accounting from Northern Arizona University.
