Michael Yavinsky has extensive experience in commercial real estate financing, currently serving as Principal at Avison Young since October 2017, where responsibilities include arranging debt and equity financing for various commercial real estate assets in the Mid-Atlantic region. Prior to this, Michael held the position of Managing Director at JLL from August 2011 to October 2017 and served as Senior Vice President at Walker & Dunlop from March 1997 to August 2011. Michael holds a Bachelor of Science and Bachelor of Arts degree from the University of Delaware, earned between 1985 and 1989.
