Pat James is a seasoned professional in the commercial real estate industry with extensive experience in valuation and advisory services. Currently serving as Principal and Director of Valuation & Advisory Services at Avison Young since April 2016, Pat is part of the world’s fastest-growing commercial real estate services firm headquartered in Toronto, Canada. Prior to this role, Pat worked as a Commercial Real Estate Appraiser/Consultant at Linnell Taylor Lipman & Associates Ltd. from March 2003 to March 2016, where expertise was developed in appraising a variety of property types, including single and multi-tenant industrial, retail, multi-family, office properties, and development land throughout Alberta.
