Patrick Barnes is a seasoned real estate professional with extensive experience in commercial property services. Currently serving as Principal at Avison Young since January 2019, Barnes previously held the position of Vice President at Colliers International from January 2010 to January 2019, specializing in the disposition, joint ventures, recapitalization, and advisory services for various property types across Southern California.
