Philippe Roy

Philippe Roy is a seasoned professional in commercial real estate, currently serving as Associate Vice President of Occupier Services at Avison Young since April 2021. Prior to this role, Philippe held senior positions at Devencore from May 2013 to April 2021, managing corporate accounts and leading real estate strategies. Philippe also contributed to Squash Québec in various leadership roles from August 2015 to June 2023. Earlier experiences include a tenure as a Senior Advisor at Gestion Georges Coulombe and as a licensed real estate broker at Via Capitale, complemented by a department head position at Bombardier Aerospace from August 2000 to December 2003. Philippe holds a Bachelor of Business Administration from Université du Québec à Montréal.
