Ryan Sgorlon

Ryan Sgorlon, AACI, P. App, is the Vice President of Valuation & Advisory Services at Avison Young, where they focus on a variety of appraisal services, including first mortgage financing and financial reporting. Ryan has extensive experience in valuing income-producing asset classes and has handled complex assignments related to the valuation of development land. Their earlier roles included positions at Colliers and The Minto Group, as well as serving as a Teaching Assistant in Real Estate Sustainability. Ryan earned a Post-Graduate Certificate in Real Property Valuation from UBC Sauder School of Business and a Bachelor of Commerce in Real Estate Management from Toronto Metropolitan University.
