Sandy Upson, AACI, P. App, is currently the Director at Avison Young, having previously held a significant role as Associate Vice President at Cushman & Wakefield, where they completed valuations and assisted with market research. Sandy has also worked as a Research Analyst at CBRE Limited and contributed to the City of Prince George in a planning and development capacity. With a strong background in land use and the commercial real estate market in Ottawa, Sandy is pursuing an AACI designation through the Appraisal Institute of Canada while studying for a Bachelor of Arts in Geography at Thompson Rivers University. Outside of their professional commitments, Sandy enjoys fitness, cooking, and traveling.
