Simon Gould

Simon Gould is an experienced professional in building and project consultancy, currently serving as Director at Avison Young since February 2022. Previously, Simon held director and associate director roles in building consultancy at Cushman & Wakefield from April 2018 to January 2022, and progressed through positions at Napier & Blakeley, GVA Property Partners, and Lambert Smith Hampton, where Simon gained considerable expertise as a building surveyor and project manager. Early career experience includes a role as Construction Project Manager at STUDWELDERS COMPOSITE FLOOR DECKS LTD. Simon holds a Graduate Diploma in Building Surveying & Construction Management from the University of the West of England and a Bachelor of Arts in Business Studies from the University of Plymouth.
