Tom Clancy

Tom Clancy serves as the Vice President at Avison Young since January 2020, while also holding the position of Sales Representative since 2014. With a focus on industrial leasing and sales, Tom operates within Avison Young’s top producing team in the Greater Toronto Area, specializing in the leasing, acquisition, and disposition of industrial facilities, particularly in the GTA West submarket. Tom’s extensive business acumen and client-focused consultative approach consistently exceed client expectations. Educational qualifications include a Bachelor of Business Administration from Brock University and completion of the Salesperson Registration Education Program in Commercial Real Estate through the Ontario Real Estate Association.
