Alana Wesley

Alana Wesley is the Director of Recruitment Operations at Avispa since August 2016. Prior to that, Alana worked as a Recruitment Manager and Recruitment Lead, overseeing jobs management operations and providing guidance to recruiters. Alana also has experience as a Recruiter, screening job applicants for contract and direct-hire positions. Before their work at Avispa, Alana freelanced as an English as a Foreign Language Teacher and Translator/Editor. Alana has a Bachelor of Arts in Business Administration and a TEFL Certificate. At Instituto Chileno Norteamericano, Alana served as the Teacher Organization Leader in various roles.
