Arvind Dhiman

Arvind Dhiman is a highly experienced QA Architect, currently working at Avista since September 2022, and previously served as a Software Development Engineer Test Lead at Nagarro Inc. from May 2015 to September 2022. With a robust background in quality assurance and software testing, Arvind has developed automation frameworks, facilitated testing lifecycles, and enhanced overall product quality across multiple projects. Arvind's career began with a trainee position at BSNL in 2007, and spans various roles including Quality Assurance Lead and Senior Software Quality Engineer at Nagarro Softwares Pvt Ltd, where significant contributions included performance testing, bug analysis, and mentoring new team members. Arvind holds an MBA in IT Management from Maharshi Dayanand University Rohtak and a B.Tech in Electronics and Communication from J.C. Bose University of Science and Technology.
