Heather Webster

Heather Webster, PMP, currently serves as the Manager of Business Analytics and Enterprise Asset Management at Avista, a position held since April 2018, following roles as Asset Maintenance Manager, Vegetation Management Program Manager, and Project Manager. Prior experience includes serving as Project Manager at ALK Source Materials, Inc. from September 2013 to December 2017, where responsibilities included leading a global team in a Food and Drug Administration regulated environment, managing project budgets up to $1.5 million, and facilitating team meetings. Previously, Heather worked as a Development Scientist at ALK Source Materials from April 2007 to September 2013, focusing on the development and optimization of production processes for allergy vaccine materials. Early experience includes a Research Assistant position at Washington State University, where immunohistochemistry and motility studies were conducted. Heather holds a Master of Science in Biology from the University of Nebraska at Kearney and a Bachelor of Science in Biology from Washington State University.
