Laura Vickers serves on the Board of Directors for the College Success Foundation and has held various leadership roles at Avista since 2000, currently as the Director of Culture, Diversity and People Services. In this role, Laura provides strategic direction for Human Resources, focusing on enhancing company culture, employee experience, and workforce diversity. Previous positions at Avista include Director of Financial Planning and Analysis and leadership in Shared Services, where responsibilities encompassed managing projects related to Fleet, Travel, Supply Chain, and Facilities. Laura also contributed to the Avista Corp Credit Union as a board member and served as Treasurer for the YWCA of Spokane.
