Phil Larkin

Phil Larkin is an experienced GIS professional with a diverse background in various roles. Phil began a career as a Wildland Firefighter with the USDA Forest Service and transitioned to GIS Technician positions with the Department of Interior - Bureau of Land Management and Spatial Dynamics, where Phil developed methodologies for range management data collection and created maps for conservation initiatives. At City of Kirkland, Phil served as a GIS Analyst, successfully automating utility drawing archival processes and designing mobile data capture workflows. Phil advanced to roles at Power Engineers and Spokane County, where responsibilities included developing applications for spatial analysis. Currently, Phil is a Senior GIS Analyst at Avista. Phil earned a Bachelor's degree in Geography/GIS from Western Washington University.
