Suzanne Figy has over two decades of experience in product management and operations within the utility sector. Currently serving as the AMI Operations Manager and previously as the Products and Service Manager at Avista since August 2016, Figy has demonstrated a strong leadership capability. Prior experience includes a lengthy tenure at ENGIE Insight from November 1998 to August 2016, where Figy held various senior roles, including Sr Director of Product Management for Commercial and Industrial clients, Product Director for Utility Expense Management, and Director of Expense Management for Utility Solutions.
