Troy LaPiene is an accomplished IT Senior Systems Analyst with extensive experience at Avista since March 2016, specializing in Enterprise Content Management (ECM) applications such as Open Text: Captiva and Documentum. With a background in customer technology operations, site reliability engineering, and distributed systems, Troy has successfully supported Avista’s infrastructure, managed technical projects, and provided high-level customer support. Prior roles include project leadership and technical advisement at Volt Workforce Solutions and desktop support at tekservePOS. Troy's military experience in the United States Marine Corps further contributes to a robust skill set in operations, logistics, and curriculum development. Troy holds a Bachelor’s in Information Systems and Cybersecurity from ITT Technical Institute and a Bachelor’s in Business Administration/Psychology from Excelsior University.
