Xin Shane

Xin Shane has extensive experience in financial settlements and analytics, having worked in various roles such as Manager EIM Settlement and Analytics, Application Delivery Lead, Senior Power Analyst, and Power Supply Analyst at Avista. They were responsible for building and leading a team to support financial settlements for WEIM operation and conducting deep financial and strategic analysis. Additionally, Xin Shane served as Treasurer and Board Member at Goodwill Industries of the Inland Northwest.
