Niladri (Nil) Roy is an experienced talent acquisition professional with a diverse background in recruitment and digital marketing. Currently serving as Talent Acquisition Lead at AvistaTech since June 2021, Nil also held the role of Senior Talent Acquisition Specialist. Prior experience includes positions as a Senior Digital Marketing & Recruitment Consultant at Nuun Digital, Senior Technical Recruiter at Commerx Corporation, and Technical Recruiter at ANS Affiliate Solutions, where extensive work was done with leading clients in the aerospace, automotive manufacturing, and IT sectors. Nil holds a Bachelor's degree in Information Technology from Uttarakhand Technical University, earned between 2012 and 2016.
