Viktor Shitkovskiy

Viktor Shitkovskiy is a seasoned software engineer with a robust background in software development and engineering. Currently serving as a Lead Software Engineer at AVITO.ru since March 2017, Viktor focuses on enhancing the search functionality of the Avito service and maintains the search infrastructure on the main website. Prior to this role, Viktor worked at НТЦ Передовые Системы from April 2012 to March 2017, designing and developing cross-platform client-server applications using C++ (Qt) and creating database systems with PostgreSQL. Additionally, Viktor contributed to the State Research Institute of Aviation Systems (GosNIIAS) from April 2010 to April 2012, where responsibilities included developing onboard algorithms for pilot support and creating client applications in C++/Qt interfacing with PostgreSQL databases. Viktor holds a degree from the Moscow Aviation Institute (National Research University).
