Alan Lock

Alan Lock is a strategic and commercial HR Director with extensive experience in various HR disciplines, having held leadership positions at several prominent organizations. They began their career at RBS, where they served in various roles from 1987 to 1999, and continued their development as an HR Adviser at Grieg Middleton & Co Ltd. They advanced their expertise as a HR Consultant at Gerrard Limited and held multiple HR Director roles at Barclays, focusing on areas such as branch banking and customer transformation until 2015. Currently, Alan serves as the Head of People for Aviva’s UKGI Distribution and Chief Underwriting Office while pursuing an MCIPD in Human Resources.
