David Young

David Young is currently the Director of Data, Analytics & Group Platforms at Aviva, where they oversee various IT functions across the Aviva UK business units, including data warehousing and data science tooling. With previous experience as Head of Finance Systems and Information Management at Aviva, David also held roles at Friends Life UK as Head of Information Management, where they developed a significant Enterprise Data Warehouse. David’s early career included leadership positions at Friends Provident, where they managed direct and database marketing teams. They hold a Business Studies degree and a Diploma in Marketing from Coventry University.
