Ellen Bear

Ellen Bear has extensive experience in the insurance industry, starting their career as a Business Systems Analyst at Norwich Union from 1995 to 1999, where they led the development of a new commercial insurance system and improved processes through IT solutions. They then advanced to various roles at Aviva plc, including Claims Manager and Planning Manager, before becoming a Senior Risk Manager in 2003, focusing on risk management practices in General Insurance. Ellen currently pursues a Certificate in Management from The Open University. Additionally, they hold a CIRM from The Institute of Risk Management.
