Fran Chambers

Fran Chambers is a seasoned communications professional with extensive experience in employee and internal communications across multiple industries. Currently serving as the Director of Employee Communications at Aviva since April 2022, Fran has previously held significant roles including Director of People Engagement at OVO and various positions at Bupa, where responsibilities encompassed directing customer and corporate affairs, as well as global internal communications for a vast workforce. Earlier career highlights include leading internal communications strategies at Tube Lines and Balfour Beatty. Fran holds a BA Hons in Public Relations from Leeds Beckett University and a Post Graduate Diploma in Internal Communications Management from Kingston University.
