James Rowles is currently the Head of BPA Onboarding at Aviva, where they lead post-transaction teams to drive efficiency and ensure successful project completion. They manage relationships with the in-house administration team and implement strategies to enhance customer satisfaction. Having been with Aviva since 2003, James previously served as BPA Onboarding Lead, Defined Benefit Technical Lead, and Senior Pensions Administrator. James continues their education at Thorpe High School in Norwich.
