Jon Marsh

Jon Marsh currently serves as a Trustee for Mind in Croydon and has held the position of Managing Director - Partnerships & Transformation at Aviva since September 2011. In this role, Jon oversees partnerships and transformation initiatives within Aviva's Personal Lines business. Jon's extensive experience at Aviva includes various senior roles, such as Strategy & Transformation Director and Business Manager to the UK CEO, where management of strategic priorities and transformation efforts were key responsibilities. In addition to professional roles, Jon contributes to multiple organizations, including mentoring with the 30% Club and serving on the Next Generation Leadership Council at TheCityUK. Educational qualifications include a BSc (Hons) in Mathematics with Economics from the University of East Anglia and an ACII from the Chartered Insurance Institute.
