Jonathan Keith is a passionate Programme Manager with a strong background in change delivery and social mobility advocacy. They grew up in a single-parent family and became the first in their family to attend university, dedicating themselves to creating opportunities for individuals from lower socio-economic backgrounds. With extensive experience managing complex programmes across various industries, Jonathan has successfully overseen initiatives with budgets exceeding £10 million, including multi-million-pound product launch campaigns. Currently, they are a Programme Manager at Aviva, focusing on GenAI. Jonathan holds a 1st Class Honours degree from The Nottingham Trent University.
