Nigel Ward

Nigel Ward is a seasoned professional in the insurance and claims management industry, currently serving as Technical Lead at Aviva since August 2018, overseeing aspects of construction, power, renewables, engineering, and cyber sectors. Prior to this role, Nigel held the position of Senior Vice President - Claims Advocate at Marsh from November 2010 to July 2018, where significant contributions included advocating for major power generation and construction claims and facilitating recovery of over USD3 billion for clients. Nigel's earlier experience includes roles as a Claims Specialist at Xchanging and Legal Director at Quality Risk Management, complemented by a Law degree from the University of Exeter.
