Patrick Roe is a Senior Asset Manager and Head of Property Development at Aviva, bringing extensive experience in property development and asset management. They have successfully completed large-scale developments and refurbishment projects in the office and retail sectors, overseeing the process from site acquisitions to disposals. Prior to joining Aviva in 2016, Patrick held the position of Property Manager at BMO Real Estate Partners from 2006 to 2016 and at Wyse Property Management from 1998 to 2006.
