Ryan Cleary

Ryan Cleary is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in strategic roles within the insurance and consulting industries. Currently serving as Integration Director at Aviva since August 2016, Ryan plays a key role in merging Aviva GCS with Probitas to enhance the company's position in the London Market Global Specialty business. Previously, Ryan held various strategic leadership positions at Aviva, including Strategy Director and Head of Group Strategy Delivery, and contributed to Group M&A and Strategy at Allianz. Ryan's career began as an Analyst at the Boston Consulting Group, following a strong academic background with a BA (Hons) in Management Economics with German from Nottingham University Business School and education at Bromsgrove School.
