Simon Cross

Simon Cross has over three decades of experience in the insurance industry, currently serving as a Business Development Manager at Aviva plc since 2003, managing the profit and loss performance for a panel of 42 intermediaries with a total gross written premium of £45 million. Prior to Aviva, Simon worked at Norwich Union from 1990 to 2003 in various roles including Fleet Underwriter and Business Development Support, where responsibilities included handling fleet enquiries, managing a private vehicle scheme for a major telecom company, and supporting the sales team with performance coordination and broker training initiatives. Simon's educational background includes attendance at Barstable from 1983 to 1990.
