Tom North

Tom North has held various senior leadership positions at Aviva since January 2013, including Head of GCS CRM, Head of Broker & Client Development London Market, and Head of Corporate and Mid-Market CRM. Prior experience includes serving as a Senior Consultant at Mactavish from August 2002 to December 2012, where Tom specialized in distribution, strategy, and market advisory projects for international insurers and brokers. The career began as a Public Relations Officer at The Football Association prior to the 2002 FIFA World Cup and included an analyst role at Makinson Cowell, focusing on share register analysis. Tom is an alumnus of Durham University, where studies were completed from 1997 to 2000.
