Vicky Hagon

Vicky Hagon is a chartered accountant with over 20 years of experience in the insurance sector. They qualified as a chartered accountant with Deloitte before transitioning to the insurance industry in 2002, starting in reporting roles for Aviva’s Life Insurance business. In 2010, Vicky moved into a technical advisory role and expanded their responsibilities in 2017 to lead the Group’s center of expertise for accounting technical and advisory work. Currently, they serve as the Chief Accounting Officer for the UK Aviva Life business, a position they assumed in July 2023. Vicky holds a PhD in Biochemistry from King's College London and a BA in Natural Sciences from the University of Cambridge.
