Ashley Grosche

Ashley Grosche, Ph.D., is the Head of the Microbiology Department at Aviwell, where they provide strategic leadership and drive innovation in microbial processes. They are a research scientist with expertise in Next Generation Sequencing analysis, encompassing both metabarcoding and metagenomics. Previously, Ashley served as a Postdoctoral Research Fellow at the Institut Universitaire Européen de la Mer, and as a Graduate Research Assistant at Rutgers University, where they earned their Ph.D. in Microbial Biology. Additionally, they have experience in scientific editing and proofreading, enhancing the readability of academic materials and manuscripts.
