Lee Foxall

Lee Foxall has a strong background in HR and organizational performance. Lee held the position of Head of HR & Organizational Performance at AVK UK Ltd from June 2019 onwards. Prior to this, Lee was the Head of HR - Key Clients at Strategi Solutions Group Limited from April 2018 to May 2019. Lee also worked as the Head of HR at Autonet Insurance from October 2013 to April 2018, where they were involved in various HR responsibilities such as business growth acquisitions management, GDPR project management, and policy creation. Lee served as an HR Manager at Elmfield Training from August 2010 to October 2013, and as an HR Officer at FedEx from February 2010 to August 2010. Lee started their career as an HR Assistant at Phones4u in March 2006, later transitioning to the role of HR Analyst from March 2003 to March 2006. Throughout their career, Lee has demonstrated expertise in areas such as multi-site HR strategies, organizational design, policy development, and redundancy management.

From 2000 to 2002, Lee Foxall attended Staffordshire University, where they pursued a LLB degree in Law.
