Rick D.

Rick D. has extensive work experience in the information technology field. Rick currently serves as the Vice President of Information Technology at AvKARE, LLC, where they are responsible for the success of the company's healthcare distribution of pharmaceuticals and infection control products. Prior to this role, Rick held various positions at Asurion. From 2015 to 2020, they served as the Director of Information Technology, overseeing enterprise service continuity and global operations. Rick also led critical incident management and infrastructure engineering and design departments. Before their time at Asurion, Rick worked as a Manager of Information Technology at Emdeon Business Services from 2005 to 2006 and at Unisys Global Services from 2001 to 2005.

Rick D. has obtained the ITIL V3 Foundations degree from New Horizons. Rick also has completed the VMware vSphere 4.1 Configuration and Management course from VMware Education Services.
