Megan Weldon

Megan is not only a seasoned veteran in the simulation industry, but she is also the Director of Education. Having worked in simulation since the age of 16 when her mother recruited her for multiple pediatric simulations, Megan quickly found her calling and went to work as a Simulated Participant Educator at the University of Delaware. She has a deep passion for developing the most in-depth character personas and simulations possible to meet the needs of any institution, evidenced by nurses’ reactions nationwide. She thrives in the startup culture in which every day is different and presents a new challenge; as the Director of Education, there are no shortages of new opportunities. Despite all of this, she still makes a guest appearance at UD, reprising some of her best patient roles.
