Winter Sumpter

Winter Sumpter is an experienced Crew Chief at AVLancer® since September 2021, overseeing audio-visual technicians for various events, including conferences and concerts. Prior to this, Winter served as an Audience Producer for "BattleBots" at Discovery Inc., managing a large production team and ensuring COVID-19 protocols. Additional roles included Production Coordinator for multiple Discovery Channel series, executive assistance at Tata Communications during the National Association of Broadcasters Convention, and Venue Operations Manager for the World Padel Tour. Winter's background also encompasses work as a Band Assistant during the Slipknot European Tour, Care Specialist for Music Tribe, and Dressing Room Coordinator for The Stellar Gospel Music Awards, demonstrating a comprehensive skill set in event production, logistics, and team management.
