Daniel Damasceno's work experience spans over a decade in the field of software quality assurance and testing. Daniel started their career at G&P in 2007, where they worked as a QA Analyst, following SDLC best practices and using Bugzilla for bug reporting. Daniel then joined TOTVS in 2010 as a QA Analyst, where they followed SDLC best practices and worked with SCRUM methodology.

In 2011, Daniel joined Alpes CCTVM as a QA Analyst, working with Kanban methodology and implementing functional and manual regression tests. Daniel then moved to Gera Gestão de Modelos Comerciais in 2012, initially serving as a Senior QA Analyst and later taking on the role of Quality Assurance Team Lead. In this role, they managed the QA area, conducted sprint planning, and was responsible for test architecture.

Daniel joined O2B in 2014 as a Senior QA Analyst, where they created test scenarios in Cucumber (BDD Gherkin) and performed functional testing and regression tests. Daniel also conducted performance tests using JMeter.

In 2016, Daniel had two consecutive roles as a QA Architect, first at T&M Testes de Software Ltda and then at Resource IT Solutions. In both roles, they focused on creating automated testing frameworks using Cucumber, Java, and Selenium WebDriver. Daniel implemented continuous integration structures using Jenkins and created and maintained environments for automated testing.

In 2018, Daniel joined Xpand IT as a Software QA Engineer, where they were responsible for software test automation and CI environment using Linux, BitBucket, Bamboo, and Selenium Grid. Daniel worked with Cucumber Framework, Java (JUnit), and Selenium WebDriver to write functional tests in BDD Gherkin for later automation.

After Xpand IT, Daniel worked at NEARCODE Consulting as a Software QA Engineer, implementing IC environment using Jenkins and Azure. Daniel automated the frontend UI using Katalon Studio and JavaScript (Groovy).

Daniel'smost recent position is at Avlino, where they started in 2019 as a Software Quality Assurance Engineer. In this role, they developed an automated testing framework using Java/JUnit, analyzed software requirements, wrote test case specifications, and managed QA environments deploying services using Jenkins. Daniel also developed automated tests for microservices, web apps, APIs, and web services with validations in Kafka Topics.

Daniel Damasceno attended Universidade Bandeirante de São Paulo from 2006 to 2010, where they completed a Bachelor's degree in Gestão de Sistemas de Informação.
