Evan Gao

Evan Gao is a Chartered Accountant with extensive experience in tax management and financial leadership. As the Chief Financial Officer at Avmax Group since June 2018, Evan oversees financial strategy and compliance. Previously, Evan served as a Tax Consultant at Eagle Copters and as a Tax Manager at both Avmax Group and BDO Canada. At BDO Canada, responsibilities included reviewing various tax returns, tackling complex international tax issues, and preparing tax provisions. Educational qualifications include a BBA in Accounting from the Beedie School of Business at Simon Fraser University and multiple credentials from Chartered Professional Accountants of Canada.
